Our Story

Cascade Colombian Coffee was born from a deep passion for specialty coffee and an unwavering commitment to the coffee farmers of Huila, Colombia.

Our name honors the connection between the Cascade and Andes mountain ranges symbolizing the connection of our Colombian roots and our life in the United States. 

Inspired by the Andes and Huila's coffee heritage, we bring single-origin beans to the Pacific Northwest. 

We work directly with coffee growers in Huila, supporting sustainable practices. Each cherry is hand-picked at optimal ripeness and processed using the traditional washed method. From farm to roastery, we maintain full traceability and rigorous quality standards at every step.

When the beans arrive, we roast them with precision and care to reveal their full potential, preserving the unique notes that Huila's high-altitude terroir provides.
