At Cascade Colombian Coffee, we are committed to delivering the highest quality, freshly roasted coffee. Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:
1. Non-returnable items
As our coffee (whole bean or ground) is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
In these cases, we will evaluate the situation and may offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost
- A full or partial refund, depending on the case
3. Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been roasted or shipped. Once the roasting process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
4. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
